RETURNS & REFUNDS 

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, here at TORYS GLEAM we’re happy to accept returns on any apparel  that is unworn and intact with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of initial purchase. 

Note that shipping costs are not covered by TORYS GLEAM when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID. Our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt. When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, but don’t worry. We make sure our designs clearly state this for you.

 

We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing.

Credit notes can only be used in our online store.
 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days. Please note SALE items are refunded via Gift Cards.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
